Clean and had everything needed for a lovely stay. Nice location and views over the communal pool. Safe and secure gated complex. Arrival instructions and meet and greet great

The pool was empty which was really disappointing and we were not informed of this prior to our arrival and the outdoor lights were not working which made it very dark and difficult to see all the steps

Clean apartment, good size fridge freezer nice outlook well lite at night, good shower. Comfortable mattress and sofa. Secure entrances.

The apartment itself was fine, but there were a few important details that were not clear in the listing. The property is located up one flight of quite steep stairs, which was not mentioned in the description. The main photo also gives the impression that it is on the ground floor, so this was unexpected. The patio area is shared with the ground floor apartment. During our stay it was often occupied and had washing on the airer, which made it uncomfortable and impractical to use. On the positive side, there was space to sunbathe by the pool. There were no instructions provided for the combination microwave/oven or the hob, which made cooking difficult. Additionally, the toaster was plugged in inside a cupboard above the cooker. This felt unsafe, and it was necessary to stand on tiptoe to reach it. Overall, a few clearer details in the listing and some attention to practical and safety issues would significantly improve the experience.
