Es un lugar muy lindo y el personal muy amable. La playa cercana es hermosa y con poca gente.

Está lejos del centro, por lo que para llegar hay que pagar taxi (200 pesos el tramo).

Hotel and location were beautiful.

No staff around in the evening. Overpriced for what was offered.

The staff were absolutely fantastic! Guillermo, Jasmine and the team were amazing.

Our room flooded a little during an intense storm but Guillermo was quick to sort it out!

Property is new and rooms and beds slept great! Pool was very relaxing and gave a nice escape from the beach and the sun during the day. Not many people staying there when we went so we felt as though we were the only ones there. Breakfast in the morning consisted of fruit, bread, coffee/tea, and eggs w/ refried beans and chips. Design and decor are thoughtful. You have the best private beach on the island about 4 minute walk away. we walked along this to get to town and takes about 30 minutes. Rooftop was open and nice to watch sunset. only one daybed up there and nothing else. Would be nice with a pool or something else to give it life.

No one at arrival for our room, and the guests checking in after us. We had to call to get someone to get us checked in, then we had to call them back because they did not provide the key. Person that checked us in not friendly and inviting, one quality that is a must with a small B&B. Thankfully another employee was much nicer and turned the rest of our stay around. Room took awhile to cool down as a/c was not on. Seemed as though they missed finishing touches on the room, holes in the ceiling for lights with exposed wiring on the floor, walls, ceiling. Most likely letting in mosquitoes and no-seems that attacked me all throughout the stay. I slept with bug spray and still got bit everyday. We asked for no service in the room as we had our dog with us. They charge 600mx per stay for the dog, which is fine but not listed on the booking site. Do not rent the bikes, they are not maintained. I rented the red one and the chain popped off about 8 times. Rusty, oily, and lose. Got all over me and my clothes. When we asked for Ice we were told no, this is frozen water should not be difficult to conjure up. Buy some ice trays and leave in the mini fridge so people can make themselves if you do not provide. Also need to have a better way to clean off the sand before going up the stairs to the room. Place a tub with water to step in to wash off or install a shower. Base of bed made out of concrete, hit shin on it constantly. There is only one or two options for Dinner at that end of the island, TULUM Restaurant was our goto for 3 nights. Apps were good, entrees were overpriced and underwhelming. Checkout Process they had a different total than me so we had to compare and list everything out. Once total was correct payment was an issue. I used my CC all throughout the island but when I tried to pay for my stay it was not going though. I even tried Zelle and that was not working. Luckily I had enough cash to cover the total but it left me with no pesos.
