The apartment was very clean and beautiful. The building was quiet. The staff is amazing! Always ready to help. What an amazing team! They helped us with our suitcases, walking us to the store to buy a phone charger, they are ready to do anything to make your stay great. A big thanks to Anna and Tony. The company has a pizzeria where you can keep your luggages if you arrive before checking time.
We did have issue with the hot water. We reported it. They told us what to and everything went back to normal the next day.

Close to all attractions, very neat and clean! Newly refurbished, excellent accommodation.
Spotlessly clean and very good layout!! All amenities that are needed and have air conditioning in all the rooms.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from restaurants, museums, and shops.
The apartment itself is spacious, well-furnished, and features a very pleasant balcony.
We did not hear any noise from neighbours, and when the balcony door is closed, it effectively blocks out the sound from the street.
Access to the building can be a bit tricky, as you need to go through a commercial area, which feels slightly unusual. However, once inside the apartment, everything changes and you immediately feel comfortable.
The Wi-Fi connection could be improved, as it did not work very well during our stay.
The breakfast provided at a nearby Italian restaurant (that also support entry and exit of the apartment) was not very good, but there is a great place for breakfast right next to the apartment.

The location was very good, it is very close to restaurants, coffee shops and shops. Very close to Monasteraki square, and Ermou Street. The breakfast was served at a pizza restaurant located 150 m from the apartment
The room smelled very bad, like a drain. There was not enough space to hang the bath towels, so they did not dry easily. The staff did not change the towels or empty the toilet basket. We told the staff, they initially questioned us, and when we insisted and they realized it, they themselves put strong air fresheners in the rooms.
