Friendly staff, very clean and spacious room. Location is 15 mins walk from either Sun Beach or the train station. Catch Bus 51 from the train station to the door. Definitely value for money especially if you're in Atami on Sunday night for the fireworks.

余りにも評価が悲惨だったので覚悟のうえ予約しました
午前中に到着しましたがチェックインのうえお部屋も使わせて頂きました
きちんと掃除されたお部屋で対応も丁寧でした
熱海駅まで近く晩ごはんは付かないパックでしたが問題は無かったです
温泉かな
確かに温泉は3時からで朝風呂はありません
外湯の岩風呂のみでした
お湯もよく貸切状態ではあります
