    Location is perfect. Close to the beach, Atami Ropeway, Atami Ginza shopping district, Atami Station, and Kinomiya Shrine. It is also surrounded by restaurants. We enjoyed the private onsen in our room. We had a view of the beach in front. The rooftop had amazing views. The toilet was next to the door and the sink is all the way at the other end of the room next to the shower by the onsen which was annoying every time you use the bathroom. There was no full size mirror and the 2 white bar chairs had foam coming out of them. Lack of electrical outlets. Also when we checked in we were told we have dinner and breakfast included but when we went in to get our dinner they told us only the breakfast is included. Clearly some of the staff are not properly trained. Breakfast was good with lots of choices but doesn't really change with variety. It's the same for the 2 nights we stayed. My son enjoyed the ice cream.

    we drove to the hotel. carpark can be a bit tricky to find as it is located at the back/alleyway. reservation is required beforehand and costs 1,000 a night. hotel room is spacious, clean and comfortable with balcony/open air bath. there is also public onsen available on the 9 floor. though limited by the variety of food, meals provided were really good. staffs were really friendly and helpful as well.

    The staff is super helpful, private onsen is perfect for couple. we went to watch the firework on the rooftop, we order warm sake from the hotel buffet resto and got it delivered to us on the roof. AMAZING
