Local da Trindade Guesthouse

The location is pretty good. 5-15 minutes to the best beaches one way and city centre the other way. It was clean, also in the common areas. The showerhead has just been replaced, so that was nice as well. Reading previous reviews helped to know what to expect - problems with the front door, minimal breakfast. Overall it was okay for a couple nights, but I probably wouldn't come back or recommend to friends or family.

The room had a strange, kind of old/moldy odour. It was a bit difficult to get the room to cool off. The bed is very hard and pillows flat and small. You can hear pretty much everything from the other rooms. + On top of everything the last night got really scared as I am a femal solo traveller: other guests arrived late, before midnight. They got 3 other rooms in the apartment, so I think they thought they had the whole place to themselves. They were trying to open my door, making a lot of strange noises. They didn't respond to my screaming 'Who is there? What is going on?' so I honestly thought someone broke in. I called the number from the apartment and the lady who answered the phone was really nice, assured me they are new guests who just arrived. So no problem with the apartment or the service itself, but the guests should be more respectful to others, it was a terrible last night.

Super lokacija

Prevzem ključev na drugi lokaciji, glede na opremljenost stanovanja, nevem kaj bi še lahko poškodovali. Brez toaletnega papirja, brez mila, oprema v slabem stanju.

Pequeno-almoço completo e bom (quem queixa-se tem de ter em conta o preço... Há muitos alojamentos nesta mesma faixa de preço que não oferecem esta comodidade), atendimento da senhora Ana na receção da DreamAlgarve, instalações limpas, casa ampla, boa estrutura da casa de banho e cozinha. Tudo limpo e organizado. Há um supermercado bom mesmo em frente ao alojamento. O pequeno-almoço foi mesmo bom. Toalhas limpas. Colchão limpo. Loiça disponível na cozinha, eletrodomésticos. Frigorífico bem limpo e organizado.

Sei que não é culpa dos funcionários (receção e limpeza) mas sim da administração do alojamento com a do prédio: a chave de entrada no prédio não funciona bem. Não queríamos ligar para incomodar os funcionários tarde da noite, por sorte uma senhora que vive no mesmo prédio nos abriu a porta. A porta do quarto número 1 também tem um jeito bem específico de abrir e fechar. As fechaduras da porta de entrada do prédio e do quarto 1 devem ser revistas.

L'appartamento era sicuramente vicino al centro, tutto era raggiungibile a piedi in 15 minuti

A parte gli altri inquilini ma su quello ahimè non possiamo dare colpa all' appartamento, ma sicuramente il fatto che la sala comune era adibita a camera da letto. Ciò ha fatto si che solo al 3⁰ giorno ho notato che all'interno di quella stanza abitata abusivamente c'era l'unica televisione e wifi. Ne deduco che era stata volontariamente affittata dato che alla loro partenza il letto (compreso il disastro lasciato dagli ominidi) era ancora lì. Inoltre mi sono stati chiesti 20€ in più per il check-in dopo le 19:00, quando ormai quasi tutti effettuano check-in online a costo zero.
