The location is pretty good. 5-15 minutes to the best beaches one way and city centre the other way. It was clean, also in the common areas. The showerhead has just been replaced, so that was nice as well. Reading previous reviews helped to know what to expect - problems with the front door, minimal breakfast. Overall it was okay for a couple nights, but I probably wouldn't come back or recommend to friends or family.
The room had a strange, kind of old/moldy odour. It was a bit difficult to get the room to cool off. The bed is very hard and pillows flat and small. You can hear pretty much everything from the other rooms.
+ On top of everything the last night got really scared as I am a femal solo traveller: other guests arrived late, before midnight. They got 3 other rooms in the apartment, so I think they thought they had the whole place to themselves. They were trying to open my door, making a lot of strange noises. They didn't respond to my screaming 'Who is there? What is going on?' so I honestly thought someone broke in. I called the number from the apartment and the lady who answered the phone was really nice, assured me they are new guests who just arrived. So no problem with the apartment or the service itself, but the guests should be more respectful to others, it was a terrible last night.

Super lokacija
Prevzem ključev na drugi lokaciji, glede na opremljenost stanovanja, nevem kaj bi še lahko poškodovali. Brez toaletnega papirja, brez mila, oprema v slabem stanju.

Good kitchen equipment, great location, convenient parking, clean, breakfast included
Check-in has to be done 20min away from the apartment and only between 4 and 7, breakfast is rather small (one bread per person and crackers or some cornflakes), tried to reach the staff via text on Whatsapp and booking.com chat to get vegetarian breakfast but didn't get any answer, rather minimalistic (no shelves, no towel in the floor of the bathroom)

A localização foi o que mais me agradou e sobre ter as coisas básicas como toalhas, papel higiênico
Cobraram uma taxa extra pelo horário do checkin, deram as chaves do nosso quarto para outros hóspedes e ficamos com o quarto mais desconfortável que havia, na sacola do pequeno almoço no primeiro dia não tinha nem manteiga pra passar no pão, são tantos detalhes…
