La casa si trova in posizione buona sia x la spiaggia che per il centro e x le varie piazzette ove si trovano dei bei locali.
È nella parte alta della città e per arrivarci, solo a piedi, bisogna camminare un po' in salita ed affrontare un vicolo con circa una quarantina di scalini.
Tutto come da foto anche se il terrazzo con vista panoramica era un po' in disordine con effetti personali dell host sparsi e stesi ovunque che non ci hanno permesso di usufruire bene dell' ambiente all'aperto.
( Lenzuola, asciugamani, cuscini sulle panche sporchi, lavandino e zona antistante piena di materiale vario ecc..).
Noi comunque siamo riusciti a passare bene i nostri pochi giorni di soggiorno ad Alicante.
Sicuramente l'host sta ristrutturando l'alloggio visto il bagno nuovo e altre migliorie, però non è certo comoda x chi ha bimbi piccoli o problemi di gambe ( scalinate x arrivarci, scala a chiocciola stretta in ferro tra un piano e l'altro).
Un condizionatore solo al piano terra.
Poi vorrei dire all host di rivedere alcuni piccoli particolari del tipo non si può fare usare uno scolapiatti tutto arrugginito uno di plastica costa poco e si fa bella figura. La stessa cosa per il porta oggetti nella doccia nuova al piano di sopra.
Poi vi erano un po' di cose personali dell host un po' ovunque, nei bagni come nei vari locali che forse era meglio spostare.

Great place and a great starting point for a visit to Alicante. Excellent location. The terrace you will want to stay all day. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean. The owner helped us to find places to see in and around Alicante.

Location is perfect. We had enough space and we loved the terrace. The host was friendly and communication was great. We had a lot of towels and blankets. The kitchen was fully equipped.
No airco in the rooms, only downstairs.

Perfect location, close to the center and the Postiguet beach, beautiful views from a huge terrace. Friendly and helpful hosts. We had a great time!
We loved it! It's a small house in the very centre of Alicante, close to the beach and the castle. Wonderful terrace, you don't need to leave if you just want to rest, watch the see and sunbath. Great host speaking many languages.
