Good budget hotel. Good breakfast - basic western style. Outside seating and view of the street from the balcony. Great location - close to the old quarter and Hoan Kiem lake. Not noisy considering its location.
Small cramped rooms if you have kids. Wifi kept dropping off

The location was great, in the old quarter very central. The staff were so friendly, kind & helpful.
Unfortunately the room was not great, not like the pictures, lots of wear and tear, it is possible that we just got a bad room, as ours was down the back of the hotel.

the friendly and helpful staff. always smiling and trying thier best to help us. Location ia good. mart is just opposite the hotel, and lots of coffee shop and restaurants along the street. Lake is about 3 to 5mnts walk. room is clean providing toiletries and mini bar.
small space for breakfast area. only 4 tables provided. the staff is not there. i saw some guests dont know that there is breakfast options for them to order. empty plates take time to clear up. lobby is small and smelly sometimes. room is hot in day time and air corn is not cold enough .water pressure slow too.
since it's a budget hotel, so try to be tolerance.
