Apartamento muy confortable y limpio, y muy completo, tenía todo lo que puedes necesitar. La habitación y el baño son amplios y la terraza de detrás un buen rinconcito para relajarse.
En las inmediaciones hay mucho aparcamiento gratuito y llegar al centro es muy fácil, ya sea a pie en unos 35 min o en bus.
El anfitrión fue muy atento y en todo momento respondió a mis mensajes muy rápido. El proceso de check-in es muy fácil, encuentras la llave en un cajetín de seguridad a la entrada que abres con el código de seguridad que te da el anfitrión.
La cama es un poco dura para mi gusto aunque dormí bien, pero personalmente prefiero camas un poco más blandas.

Good location close to city center, bus station and shops. Had public parking lot available. The staff was very friendly and kind from the first moment and they were very attentive. They also had some free snacks, homemade cake and water/beverages for us in the fridge, which is always welcome. It was clean and spacious and had a nice backyard. Overall, it felt like home because it had anything you need. Would visit again in the future.

Tutto era perfetto. L'appartamento è in un'ottima posizione per esplorare la città a piedi, il che è molto comodo.
Abbiamo potuto parcheggiare la macchina proprio di fronte senza alcuna difficoltà. La signora ci ha lasciato dei dolcetti fatti in casa che erano squisiti.
C'erano anche acqua, bibite e del raki in frigo. L'appartamento è anche dotato di beni di prima necessità: olio, aceto, sale, zucchero, caffè, ecc., grazie davvero. L'appartamento è molto ben attrezzato ed è molto confortevole. Una delle camere da letto si apre su una piccola terrazza sul retro, molto bella e tranquilla. Tutto intorno all'appartamento ci sono tutti i negozi necessari per divertirsi: un supermercato, un panificio e persino un ottimo pub. Una cosa è certa: se mai dovessi tornare a Heraklion, non cercherò un'altra prenotazione.
