Perfect location, great facilities, parking.

It’s hard to list anything bad about Bakers Yard, if I had to choose I would say that I found the door to the master bedroom very heavy to open and close, but I am a pensioner so no doubt a much younger person wouldn’t have a problem.

A fine well equipped and maintained house in great location near the harbour.

EXcellent facilities and location. Joining instructions sent in good time. House rules/guidance manuyal very clear and helpful. Welcome wine + chocs were appreciated. Accepting a nice dog also liked,

A house number on rear door or gate would have made us a little more confident of finding the correct house. There was no black bin for rubbish, as directed in the house manual and a text to the housekeeper was not replied to.

Brilliant property.

Everything needed and more was supplied. Very clean and comfortable. The 2 hand rails for the stairs were very handy for elderly parents. Location was excellent. Parked the car up when we arrived and didnt have to use it until we left. Would definitely recommend for comfort, cleanliness and location.

very enjoyable stay

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk to town with a parking space. Very comfy beds, great size property with 2 separate sitting areas. Very clean and well equipped

The garden isn't secure for a dog. Would have preferred an earlier check-in.

We enjoyed our stay and didn’t let the issues spoil anything.

The house was spacious, wonderful views and well situated to go into town and access beach. Plenty of places to eat It was well equipped but we didn’t eat in.

A lot of the crockery was dirty, needed washing before use, some stains we could not get off. General cleanliness could have been better.The fridge was damaged inside. Bed linen had holes in it through wear. Garden had lots of weeds, all appeared neglected and a little shoddy.

The location was great and the house had everything we needed for us to have a very enjoyable stay.

The outside was in need of a bit of gardening, it did look on the untidy side.

Our 5 night stay at 6 Bakers Yard

Very spacious, lots of storage, comfy beds, excellent shower and bath facilities plus the welcome pack of wine and chocolates was a very nice gesture. Thank you.

the house was very cold when we arrived. had to wack up the heating to a comfortable level. Asked the. letting company before hand if there was a cafetiere in the property. Told no, but there was! And there was both instant and ground coffee too. A panel on the bath on the second floor bathroom was broken

Practically perfect in every way…

This was our first family holiday and it was perfect! The cottage is in an excellent location and it has parking too! It was clean and had everything we could have possibly needed. The wine and chocolates were an added bonus!

The downstairs shower head was broken and it looked like this has been for some time.

The property is extremely clean. The wine and milk in the fridge was a nice touch.

The garden is not secure for a dog especially with the road so close. It just means you cannot relax with patio doors open.

Superb

The location was fantastic. There is so much to do, places to eat and walks near by. There is plenty of space in the house, three toilets, two bathrooms and two cosy places to chill out. There is everything you could need for your holiday.

Parking is really challenging. There was only just enough room for my car (golf) however this left very little out door space. The garden/patio is not enclosed and my dog could get out and this meant toilet visits were difficult having to take them five minutes walk to the grass spaces. This meant early mornings were a faff. Unfortunately the weather was not great and so we left a day early because of the lack of enclosed garden. The beds were comfortable but old so they had big dips which you fell into.
