The location is excellent. You can easily walk to the Vatican from the property (~10 mins walk). The Vatican Museum is also walkable but a little further away (~30 mins). There's also a nearby train station where you can catch a bus to downtown, which includes the Colosseum, Forum, Pantheon, and Trevi Fountain. The bus can be paid for by credit card/contactless payment so there's no need to plan ahead. There's a nice patio on the property where you can relax. Finally at the base of the hill there is a major road which has a cafe (where we ate breakfast every morning), supermarket, and restaurant which are all very nice and convenient.

The building is a little bit on the older side (but all buildings in this area are). The shower is a little difficult to "tune"; it always feels a little too hot or too cold. But it's not a big deal and with some patience it can be tuned to a good temperature. A shower caddy would be a nice touch too.

The hosts were incredibly helpful and caring. They provided an abundance of information about the property and suggestions of things to do in Rome. Great kitchen and bathroom amenities and the terrace is huge and beautiful!
