GuestHost - Vanchiglia Sunny Flat

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura nel periodo di inizio Giugno 2026 e l'alloggio è composto da ingresso con cucina super attrezzata con angolo cottura, forno, frigo e divano letto (e tante altre cose), e una stanza con letto matrimoniale, oltre ai servizi igienici. In dotazione vengono dati: frigo, asciugacapelli, posate, piatti, pentole, 2 TV, ventilatore, microonde. Inoltre, la struttura è coperta da rete Wi-Fi. Non è presente il condizionatore. I letti sono abbastanza comodi. Le lenzuola per i letti e le asciugamani vengono fornite all'arrivo, ma l'alloggio è dotato di lavatrice. La posizione dell'alloggio è positiva, poiché è facilmente raggiungibile il centro o i mezzi pubblici, e il condominio è dotato di ascensore.

Avevo indicato l'orario di arrivo nella prenotazione alle 13, ma ho dovuto attendere fino alle 15 per fare il self check-in, che è un po' tardi, considerato che sono arrivato in città la mattina.

We enjoyed the flat! All amenities were new, the bed was comfortable, and the bedroom boasts mountain views. The hosts were quick to reply and helpful. The flat had good heating - nice for cool nights. The kitchen had most of the utensils we needed for a few days of stay. The flat is located within walking distance from the river promenade.

The flat would benefit from extra soap / shower gel - 1 single use shower gel satchel per person wasn't enough for several nights' stay, and we had to buy the cleaning sponges for the dishes, as there were no dishwasher tablets left. Having a teakettle would be nice, but not a necessity as there was a saucepan.

Overall flat is good and clearly was recently refurbished.

So many things. First, the flat/managing company doesn’t give you anything. The flat does not have basic things like salt, coffee, or oil (I arrived on Sunday evening and all supermarkets were closed). Not even cleaning products or a trash bag. Wifi is horrible and the neighbours are noisy - every morning someone would obsessively ring the doorbell, probably confused with another flat. My experience was not good.
