Charming 1-Bed Central Studio Apartment

Perfect location, especially for the Australian open! Room was huge and loved that there were cooking facilities and dishwasher.

The shower wasn’t in the best condition and the bathroom was tiny. Also no oil/butter for cooking :(

Location and comfort

Nothing all was great except the toilet kept running but we worked out if we jiggled the button it would finally stop

Central position when you worked out how to use the trams and the free inner city area

Location was great and the entry process was easy and very smooth. Only a short walk to collecty the keys. Big studio with large living areas/bedroom. Views over Collins street and a glipse of the River was nice. Plenty of facilities including coffee machine, toaster etc. was great.

Water when showering flooded the bathroom/toilet and can leak into bedroom. Needs a proper shower screen instead of a knee length curtain.. Response from management company a little slow unfortunately. It was a cold week, the aircon remote did not work so we could not useit. It took two phone calls and a message to get any response and when we checked out it still was inoperable - very dissapointing from a professional managemant company.
