    I opted for the low price Basement room. The negatives, I found a cockroach in the shower, it happens, I will not fault the hotel, but wanted to mention it. The wifi is poor and the television does not work. The room is located next to the laundry room, so be prepared for some daytime noise from the machines, also from motorbikes coming and going since they are parked outside of the room, some street noise as well since the windows are at street level. Ok, now the good, the English speaking staff is attentive and friendly. The room was clean and included an electric kettle, water, coffee and tea. The towels, mattress and bedding were soft, a hair dryer, soaps and shampoo are also included for your convenience. The shower is separated by a glass door so the bathroom is not always wet. There is an outlet and night stand next to the bed, there is also a 3-way switch next to the bed to control the lighting. There is a decent sized table/desk with mirror and stool. The room is cozy and I liked that I could come and go without passing reception and other guests. I already booked my return!

    Overall our stay was great. Very walkable location, awesome helpful staff and nice clean modern room. Nice fridge, good fan, nice TV and great lighting. Our only issue was our room was right off from the check-in desk and didn’t have any fresh air other than leaving our door open. We had a nice little sofa & table and everything was great BUT for fresh air we had to open our door. We looked around and it seems our room was the only one this way and an add on room (used to be apart of the lobby) all other rooms seem to have at least even a small window so just be cautious when booking. We would stay again but not in June, July or August. Overall great place!

    This is a peaceful, well-equipped hotel in Da Lat in Vietnam and I am happy, as a frequent traveler, to recommend it highly! The "TTR Vincent" hotel has indeed everything a stay requires. The property is cleaned daily and you will find fresh linen and spotless bathrooms.The staff is exceptionally welcoming and helpful, providing with everything you need. The location is central. You are also within walking distance to groceries, bakeries and many restaurants. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. I truly recommend this place for your next stay in Da Lat!

    Pros - 20 mins walk to Dalat market - few local coffee shops close by - Big room if you book the double room at the attic. But need walk up few stairs after reaching 4th floor - Toilet is ok, water pressure good. Cons - staff doesn't speak english - room needs maintenance/repairs. - mattress kinda of hard - Blocked toilet sink. - Noisy during the day due to the traffics Overall, I didn't quite enjoy my 3 nights stay. Its not really bad bad hotel of you dont mind the above comments. You get what you pay for. Many other hotels available at about same rates. I would have moved out if I have not paid in full yet.....
