    My booking is under vip by Agoda which mention early check in , upgrade room and others, but unfortunately I didn’t get any of this.. the staff also not helping at all. We arrive early in the morning and one of the male staff inform us can check at 11am but when we come back at 11am he was not around the female staff attend us not understand English at all. Very disappointing. What we need just a room for us to freshen up. We go to other hotel and pay extra for this service . It was Celine express hotel give good service. And come at 2 pm check in as usual .no specialty from this hotel. Maybe because I’m Asian that’s why hotel staff not look after me. Spoil my birthday celebration

    I hate leaving bad reviews but I feel like this hotel takes advantage of its guests and falsely advertises what you are purchasing. I had booked a room that had a picture of a door for outside access from my room. In the description of the room it said it had a balcony/terrace. When I got to the hotel they gave me a room with neither. I went back to the desk asked to switch rooms and begrudgingly they gave me a room with outdoor access but 5 mins into that room they knocked on my door and said I could only have this room for 2 of the 4 nights that I had booked. I said I will be accommodating and move but only to another room with outdoor access as that is what I had paid for. They ended up moving me to a room with only a window and said that was my only option. The only reason I booked this hotel was for outdoor access from my room which again was in the description of the room. They offered me no compensation for the down grade. I feel ripped off and therefore would not recommend this hotel. Also the maids are very loud in the hallways starting at 7 am and woke me up every day.
