With beach access from under the Pass bridge, without having to cross Gulf Blvd. This DUPLEX UNIT features 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms with everything BRAND NEW! Kitchen has grey solid wood soft close cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless appliances. Updated bathrooms with chic tile selections & a small balcony with a peek at the Pass water views!
THE SPACE:
This fully renovated DUPLEX UNIT features one private bedroom with a queen bed on the first living level with an en suite bathroom. A second loft bedroom located up the spiral staircase with 2 queen beds, and a half bathroom. A spacious living room and kitchen, with a large quartz countertop peninsula. Just out your first level back door is a small patio space with a couple of chairs to enjoy your morning coffee with a peek at the Pass water view.
GUEST ACCESS INFO:
The boardwalk stairs are just steps around the corner from your front door. This DUPLEX UNIT has many sets of stairs, and the entire bottom floor is garage and laundry space. Steps from the driveway bring you right up to your front door. You can walk, bike or drive anywhere you want. There are tons of restaurants and shops a minute walk away. The white sandy beach is a short 8-10 minute walk down the Pass boardwalk, or along the little side street under the Pass bridge.

Amazing location and clean duplex! I would book again. The duplex came with so many items you need for a beach vacation! Be aware that you do hear everything from the other unit.

We loved staying in Madeira Beach! We have been going to this area since 2002 and love the John’s Pass area. The owners are wonderful and quick to respond to any concern. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cut our weeklong trip short and they were completely understanding and accommodating.

We had a great time during the long weekend. The location is perfect, the beach and boardwalk are within walking distance. The property is well-kept. We would stay here again for sure.
