The views are awesome from the living area and master suite. The master suite has own entrance to the balcony. The condo is walking distance from restaurants and shops.

103 Sandy Shores Madeira Beach, FL was clean but in need of updating and repairs. The beds were clean and comfortable. The sleep sofa was adequate for two grandchildren but not recommended for adults. There was no blanket for the sleep sofa and each of us was provided 1 set of towels/wash cloths. We requested another blanket and clean towels/wash cloths. We received the blanket within a reasonable time but were told we would be charged a cleaning fee for additional towels/wash cloths. We decided to launder them ourselves. The washer and dryer are located outside the unit and are used by the entire floor. 2.15 per use. They do a good job but are not cleaned on a regular basis. I had to wash dust and grime off the units before use. Don't forget to empty the lent vent. The kitchen was adequate for our needs, and the ice maker was able to keep up with our needs. There is an elevator, but it was not working the entire time we were there. Thankfully, we were located on the 1st floor and only had one flight of stairs to negotiate. The condo air was on point because it was hell hot outside. The balcony is oceanfront and looks over the pool. The pool deck is well maintained. There is direct access to the beautiful beach from the pool deck. We enjoyed staying across the street from John's Pass where there are so many shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. Overall, it was a fun filled vacation. The late check-out was appreciated due to our late flight. Thank you iTrip!

This condo was very clean and was exactly what we needed. The location was perfect and the beach view was great! I would highly recommend staying here!
