The Space:
Welcome to Cozy lookout, this luxury townhome is located in the Snowbridge community. This newly constructed and spacious townhome comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, featuring 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3.5 bathrooms.
Steph inside and enjoy the living space that is designed with an open-concept main floor that is perfect for gathering with your entire group. The large kitchen overlooks the inviting living and dining areas, providing ample seating options for everyone to relax and enjoy each other's company. Please note that the bar stools are no longer in the unit.
On the second floor, you'll find a luxurious primary bedroom featuring a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom equipped with both a stand-up shower and a standalone bathtub. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, while the third bedroom boasts a queen-over-queen bunk bed, making it ideal for families or groups. Located in the beautiful Snowbridge Community. The unit is surrounded by walking trails, Monterra Golf Course and views of Blue Mountain. There is an outdoor seasonal pool you can use in the summer located within a 1 minute walk from the property.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended for this location. There is a designated driveway for your car and a visitor parking lot for an additional car at a first come, first serve basis. The garage is available during your stay perfect for storing your winter or summer gear such as skis, snowboards, and bikes. As guests of the property you have access to the free on demand shuttle service to Blue Mountain Village.
The Village at Blue Mountain is a 20 minute walk or 3 minute drive from the property. Within a 10-15 minute drive to surrounding Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury.

Group of 6 women. In the area to explore different golf courses. We normally go to the Niagara region.
This condo was perfect for us ! So pleased it was exactly as presented on the vrbo sight . Bigger than expected and they thought of so many details. Well done. We enjoyed perfect weather and appreciate that the patio was off the open concept main kitchen/living room.
Surprised to see the basement contained a Murphy bed .
I would highly recommend this condo . The price was fair . We only had breakfast, but it looked like it was well suppled .

2nd trip to this property. The property was clean upon arrival, with no detail overlooked. The space was well-appointed, offering a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
The modern appliances and fixtures added a touch of luxury to the stay, making everyday tasks seamless and enjoyable. From the high-quality kitchen appliances to the sleek bathroom fixtures, everything was in excellent working condition and clearly well-maintained.
Overall, this rental property provided a perfect balance of comfort and style, making for a delightful stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch rental experience.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed. The checkin process was easy and the property manager was quick to respond to any questions. The unit was clean and in a great location. Would book here again!

The house did not look cleaned right before us. There were snow boot marks on the hall way. The floors were pretty dusty.
