About this house rental

Welcome to our fresh & bright townhouse, located in the heart of Blue Mountain with views of the famous ski hills! Whether you`re here to hit the slopes, enjoy some golfing, or simply to relax, our townhouse has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We are located in the renowned Snowbridge resort community, close to the lovely town of Collingwood, and just minutes from the shops, restaurants and experiences in The Blue Mountain Village!

The Space
Living Room, Dining Room & Workspace
Our spacious and tastefully decorated living room features a cozy fireplace, perfect for warming up after a long day on the mountain and enjoying some apres-ski. Need to catch up on some work during your stay? We have wifi and a dedicated workspace for you to stay productive.

Kitchen & Dining Room
The open concept kitchen is complete with servingware, cutlery, cookware and small appliances. Pull up a chair at the kitchen island, sip coffee and talk about your day. The large dining table comfortably seats 8–ideal to gather round for a big meal. A Keurig coffee maker is available, just bring your own coffee pods!

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Upstairs, the front bedroom features a queen bed and a balcony that’s perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The second bedroom features a double bed plus a set of bunk beds. You’ll find a bathroom with tub and shower upstairs in addition to the powder room on the main floor. The primary bedroom boasts a king size bed and a spacious ensuite with luxurious soaker tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of outdoor activities.

Outdoors
Step outside and you`ll find a treed backyard space complete with your own BBQ. During the summer months, take advantage of the Snowbridge pool and hot tub facilities just a short walk away.

Kindly note that the shared pool area of this complex is not owned, managed or maintained by our team. We ask all guests planning to use the pool to bring their own towels.

The pool is typically open from the first week of June until the Labour Day long weekend. Feel free to reach out with exact dates if you`re curious about the pool being open!

The hours of operation are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM for general swim. Adult-only swim is available 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM to dusk.

If you plan to enjoy the pool, please bring beach towels! Kindly note that the shared pool area of this complex is not owned, managed or maintained by our team.

1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.

2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited

4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.

5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.

6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.

7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.

8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion

By proceeding with this booking , I/We agree with the management company that I/we will use the property and its facilities in accordance with the above terms and conditions and/or posted house rules, and that I/we do so at our own risk of injury.

Our family had a fantastic holiday at 48 Snowbridge Way!The unit looked exactly like the photos which is welcome. No surprises. We were 4 adults and 2 preteens and the size of the condo had plenty of room for all of us. No one wanted to leave!We cooked dinner in some nights and went out once. The location is super close to the hill. We don’t use the shuttle but saw them often in the community. The owner was amazing about answering any questions promptly that I had. We would recommend this unit and would for. Sure come back !Super comfortable and warm.

Great place to stay! It’s a lovely home, as advertised. Check-in and communication with the property management was super easy. And great location near Blue Mountain village with lots of outdoorsy stuff close by.

Excellent place to spend time with family or friends. Beautiful location, easy access to Blue Mountain Village and Wasaga Beach. Excellent service with great communication of each step of the process from where you pay to the check in and checkout. Thank you!
