Liked the condo was great. Kitchen well equipped. Very clean.

Could have been more clear on pool spa and fitness center which were part of listing and one of the reasons we chose the condo. These were seasonal facilities and not available. Suggest change listing to reflect seasonal nature or add to FAQ. The existing FAQhave this question but it is not answered. Would have helped our group to know. Overall good stay though. Appreciated host’s response.

One bedroom slightly tight for 2 queens

We arrived at the property fifteen minutes before 3 o'clock, only to find that the house had not been cleaned yet. The check-in time requested was 4:30 pm, which was 30 minutes later than agreed upon due to the cleaner's delayed arrival to begin cleaning. It appeared the cleaner rushed through the task, resulting in a lack of cleanliness. Despite the property's appeal and suitability for a getaway, cleanliness became a significant concern. The bed sheets remained unchanged, with visible hairs indicating prior use. Despite spare sheets being available in the closet, the cleaner neglected to use them, prompting us to wash all the sheets ourselves. Dust was noticeable on windowsills, beneath beds, and there were even crumbs on the bedding. Given the unsatisfactory condition, I requested a refund for the cleaning fee. However, they countered by claiming damage to their property—mentioning beds, chairs, and walls. To safeguard ourselves against such claims, we had taken preemptive pictures before departing to ensure the house was left in pristine condition. Despite these challenges, I cannot recommend this place to friends and family. Additionally, the property manager inaccurately stated that four cars had stayed, when only two had arrived. Furthermore, despite the listing advertising accommodation for 10 people, he is claiming that we exceeded the maximum occupancy when we were only seven. It's worth noting that we didn't even use one of the bedrooms as depicted in the pictures.
