Ramsgate Harbor offers 550 feet of the world's most beautiful beach right off your balcony along with fantastic on-site amenities that include an outdoor pool, a grilling area with picnic tables, outdoor showers, and restroom facilities. You are also within a short distance of Florida's finest restaurants, entertainment, supermarkets, and shopping - there is something for everyone right here! Other great attractions nearby include Silver Sands Premium Outlets for some high-end shopping, Pier Park, Gulf World Marine Park, and more.
This third-floor home away from home provides you with a spacious beachfront balcony off the living room with unparalleled views of the Gulf of Mexico and a convenient outdoor dining area so you can step your meals up a notch with a gorgeous backdrop. Inside, the first floor is made up of a sunny open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts upgraded appliances that will make cooking a breeze, including a trash compactor. Put on the chef's apron and treat your friends to delicious homemade meals. Then, let the dishwasher running while you all kick back and relax in the living area, furnished with comfy sofas and a smart TV with streaming and cable options. Both bedrooms are located upstairs, with the primary bedroom having its own en suite bathroom and a Gulf-front balcony!
There is parking available for a $35 fee per vehicle with a max of two vehicles. You will be emailed a Ramsgate Parking Registration Link a week before your arrival date.
There are no elevators on site.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The unit is great and we had no problems at all. We come to this area for the beach, and if the couch isn't brand new, no worries. I would remind you to bring your own beach towels. The only thing it didn't have for cooking was a pizza sheet pan. The TV is kind of confusing, and we were unfamiliar with the thermostat (you have to swipe it up or down on the right side of the "circle"). The beach is great and you will never feel crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

With our two young daughters we generally enjoy the beach and the pool daily. The beach was so nice and the view was beautiful. This was a simple place to stay. It could use a few updates and maintenance but had everything we needed.

I will start by saying that the view from this condo was awesome and the condo itself was VERY clean. It was also a bonus that chairs come with the condo but just know they are further back from the beach than you might expect. This condo is in serious need of some updating, the tvs upstairs don’t work at all and are the size of iPads, the tv downstairs works but is hooked up to a cable box from probably 2001, maintenance literally had to come to help us figure out how to work it. The ice machine in the fridge also does not work and everything is just pretty worn looking. This was my first time going through Vacasa and I was not overly impressed, I would much rather deal with an owner instead. I will shoutout Nicole because she was the only one at least trying to help but just know that until you get connected to the local office you are dealing with someone in a call center somewhere.
