Step off your porch into the sugar white beaches at Shoreline Villas! Located at the west end of Panama City Beach, just east of Carillon Beach is the adorable townhome. It is on a quiet beach with all the amenities.
The main living area on the second floor includes the kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry, and a half bath. The three bedrooms are on the third floor. The primary bedroom has the perfect private balcony to enjoy a morning coffee while watching the waves. The second bedroom is located at the front of the house on the third floor featuring a queen bed. The kids will have a blast in their private room featuring a full/twin bunk bed. The full bath upstairs is located in the hallway and is shared between the 2nd bedroom and kids room.
The Shoreline Villas are conveniently located close to amenities and activities. There are two grocery stores within a quarter mile. Pier Park is just a 5-7 minute drive to the east where you'll find excellent shopping, a wide variety of restaurants, several night clubs, a 16 theater cinema, and many activities for the kids, including amusement park rides, laser tag, bungee jumping, and more. You can also grab a coffee drink at Starbucks or pick up an ice cream cone or some fudge at one of several sweet shops.
Just a few miles to the west is Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, where you can rent bikes to cruise the Scenic 30-A bike trail, enjoy a casual lunch on the patio of Wild Olives or Summer Kitchen, or enjoy one of several first class restaurants for fine dining. If you enjoy music, you are sure to enjoy 'Groovin on the Green concert series in Carillon Beach, which is less than a quarter mile away. Our location is ideal for a family vacation.
There are five public golf courses within a 30 minute drive of Shoreline Villas. Camp Creek is arguably the nicest of the group. The two courses at Bay Point are also highly regarded, as are the 27 holes at The Hombre. Signal Hill is a forgiving open course that is a good value and not as challenging. Holiday Club is rated somewhere between Signal Hill and The Hombre.

Superb location with quiet beach area. Check in and check out prices were both uneventful. Property management office continuously sending communications. Property was a bit hot when we arrived (late at night), particularly in the upstairs bedrooms area but must say it improved overnight.

We had a great time, the condo was comfy and clean. The beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend and will go back.

Our stay at the Shoreline Villas was great. Beachfront, clean, cozy and very relaxing. The A/C up on the 3rd floor was not all the great. Rooms were warm but ceiling fans and portable fans helped out. Great pans in the kitchen plenty of towels in the house. Great beds! Really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:
-Upon arrival, maintenance was there to assess a hole in the half bath. It did not get fixed.
-The only air conditioning unit had a note that stated not to turn below 72 or else renter would be responsible for “unfreezing” costs. IT’S HOT! Heat rises and upstairs was excruciating.
-Washing machine (in kitchen) sounded like a freight train coming through. Maintenance was called (those gentleman were GREAT) and came quickly. He stated that the machine was old and needed extensive costly repairs. He could not do anything until the owner was contacted. Washing machine ended up leaking all over the floor, so maintenance was called again, and a replacement was put in.
-Broken picture and glass were found behind a chair.
-Slipcovers on living room furniture were dirty, as hair was evident.
-Hair was on the floor in the master bathroom.
-The kitchen was not adequately stocked. There was no cookie sheet, and kitchen cooking utensils were few and far between.
-A baby pool containing water, along with other people’s belongings, were scattered in the covered shower area. It was evident that no one attempted to clean it up for the next guests.
-Keypad-only access to the front door.
Pros:
-The maintenance man (who visited the unit several times) was very friendly and did what he needed to do to help us, as he understood our concerns.
-The repairman was great too!
