Looking to escape to a luxury beach home on a quiet beach within minutes of shopping, entertainment, and great food? This is the place for you.
As you first walk into Shoreline Villas #14, you will notice the gorgeous white marble countertops. You will also find top of the line appliances, perfectly thought out cabinet space, and unique bar lighting. As you enter the living room you will notice a large flat screen TV, a large comfortable seating area, as well as other exquisite art work throughout the house. Attached to the living room is the balcony that overlooks the beach which has private steps leading onto the beach. It is a perfect sitting area for parents to enjoy their ice cold lemonade while keeping an eye on the children making sand castles on the beach. Below the deck you will find a breezeway with a large table, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower.
The second floor of the unit is the sleeping area. The master bedroom is expertly decorated in calming hues of soft green and white. The king size bed will make for a wonderful night’s sleep. The built-in cabinets provide plenty of storage. The master bathroom is adorned with gorgeous green glass tile and is very spacious. The master bath is also equipped with a rain shower. The owners built this master bath with the intention to see the gulf as you shower.
The loft is perfect for children. You will find two bunk beds, their own TV, dresser, and a lamp. Attached to the loft is a full bath with gorgeous glass tiling. On the other side of the loft is the additional king bedroom. The two king bedrooms with the loft is perfect scenario for a dual family vacation.
Shoreline Villas are conveniently located close to amenities and activities. There are two grocery stores within a quarter mile. Pier Park is just a 5 to 7 minute drive to the east where you will find excellent shopping, a wide variety of restaurants, several night clubs, a 16 theater cinema, and many activities for the kids, including amusement park rides, laser tag, bungee jumping, and more.
Just a few miles to the west is Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, where you can rent bikes to cruise the Scenic 30-A bike trail, enjoy a casual lunch on the patio of Wild Olives or Summer Kitchen, or enjoy one of several first class restaurants for fine dining. If you enjoy music, you are sure to enjoy 'Groovin on the Green concert series in Carillon Beach which is less than a quarter mile away.
There are five public golf courses within a 30 minute drive of Shoreline Villas. Camp Creek is arguably the nicest of the group. The two courses at Bay Point are also highly regarded, as are the 27 holes at The Hombre. Signal Hill is a forgiving open course that is a good value and not as challenging.

We absolutely adored this place! The location was out of the crowd and hustle/bustle of PCB. We had plenty of space to set up our tent for beach days and walking right from the condo to the sand was so easy! We much prefer places like this than big high rises sharing a tiny patch of sand. No high rises on either side of this complex! The condo was sufficient, beds slept great and kitchen was stocked! The only tool I needed but didn’t have was kitchen shears (those were missing from the knife block). There was a concerning spot in the ceiling of the living room area- we assume from the upstairs master shower. I’m sure that is on the list to be repaired! No active water that we could tell. Check-in and check-out process was smooth and we would love to stay again soon!

This place was fabulous, minus the cool weather! Loved that is was on the west end of the beach, close to attractions, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the spring breakers. Beautiful decor, only downside was the water pressure and temperature of the mater shower, but everything else was great, so I can overlook that! Great place, would totally book there again!
