This is a lovely home in a FANTASTIC location. It's clear that the owners have spent well on excellent kitchen appliances, fresh paint, good flooring, and good bathroom fixtures. The bedding is well set up and comfortable. The location of the home is the best feature, with the beach access directly across the street.
However, there are three key points that need to be addressed. As prior reviewers have mentioned, there is a sewage smell from a nearby overflow that needs to be fixed. The smell is only outside but is very unpleasant. Second, contacting the management company is arduous and time consuming for any requests or maintenance. We had requests go unanswered and long wait times to speak with a representative. Finally, the kitchen essentials were adequate but a few extras would be helpful.
In summary, we would consider returning if these items are addressed, as the home itself and the location are great!

Property was absolutely beautiful. Very well maintained. Right across from beach which was a major plus. I would definitely stay again and highly recommended. Only drawback was there was no outside trash cans. We had to haul off trash daily which was a pain. Also the bunkers were very hard and one of the bedrooms mattress was not comfy. If they invest in trash service and update a few mattresses this place would be the go to vacation home in PC.

We had 8 girls stay here for two nights and it was perfect! We had two girls to a room, and with a bathroom on every level we were able to all get ready and not feel cramped! Not as much space to all lounge on the first floor at the same time but not the biggest issue. Kitchen is the perfect size and access to the beach is right across the street - so convenient! Hose out front to rinse off sand and beach chairs is also so nice. Only complaint was some of the smaller things (not provided with kitchen trash bags, hand soap for bathrooms, hair dryer, cleaning spray/wipes) made for a quick run to the store when we first got here but luckily an Aldi was close by!
We also noted a few finishes were missing (some door handles on the kitchen cabinets were loose and would come off, bathroom faucet felt a little loose, and water filter on the fridge said it needed to be replaced) but all things we could totally live with and didn’t impact our overall stay!!
We would definitely stay here again! With this being the end unit on a quiet street, we had no issues parking three cars and felt safe the whole time!

This house definitely looked brand new. But I was bitten by something while sleeping here and my feet were very swollen for 4 days. And I found two cockroaches. I wonder if they did pest control. And there's a sewer right next to the house where water and stuff came out onto the lawn and smelled like garbage. If you're sensitive to smell, you should know this. This house has close proximity to the sea and is good for access.I've asked the customer center for several pictures but I haven't received an answer yet and I'm going back home.
