"Villa Can Siulet" is an elegant villa with a maximum capacity for seven people located in the area of Es Barcarès, in Alcúdia.
Four spacious bedrooms with a maximum capacity for 7 people, with about 350 m2 of property. Furthermore, it is located on the beachfront with impressive views of the sea and the mountains.
The property is located in an ideal location for children, at a distance of 4 km from the centre of Alcúdia, less than 2 km away you will find bars, cafes, bicycle rental, supermarkets and restaurants among others. We recommend the restaurant Bistro 1909 and Miramar, as well as the supermarkets Mercadona, Müller and Lidl, all within 2 km distance.
The villa has a wide range of facilities and services to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guests can enjoy the spacious terrace, with plenty of place to sit and relax, either on the rocking chair or on the sun loungers. They can dine on the covered terrace with stunning sea views.
On entering, we find the living-dining room, with a comfortable sofa, TV and a large dining table. Next, there is the kitchen, fully equipped with breakfast table, toaster, microwave, juicer, kitchenware and cooker among other things. Everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals in comfort during your holiday.
The house has 4 large bedrooms, each with a double bed and 2 bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower.
There is also internet access via wifi, air conditioning hot/cold in some rooms.
The beautiful village of Alcúdia is a jewel of the island of Mallorca. The impressive medieval walls and cobbled streets create an ideal place to stroll and enjoy the Mallorcan atmosphere. Less than 2 kilometres away you will reach Puerto de Alcúdia, where you will find one of the most famous beaches of Mallorca, the white sandy beach of Puerto de Alcúdia. Less than 2 kilometres away you will also find Puerto de Pollença, with crystal clear waters and a relaxed atmosphere.

It was our first time in Mallorca and we chose the right city to stay in Alcudia. Juan is a very responsive host. His place is paradise, beach front property and very private. Great for families and very close to old town Alcudia. We had a great time in Casa Siulet, Juan is an exceptional host that provided, water, sparkling water, snacks, and even gave us Mallorcan wine to try. We love Juan’s place, I highly recommend it!

The perfect place to relax, away from the hustle and stress of everyday life. The panoramic sea views are breathtaking and makes you feel as if you are in your own private paradise. Joan and Esteve helped us in everything.
