Fantastic estate with a large saltwater pool and just steps away from the old town of Alcúdia
This beautiful family estate is located just 180 metres from the charming old town of Alcúdia, a true holiday paradise with a Mediterranean touch and plenty of space to relax.
The spacious saltwater pool (8 x 12 m, depth between 1.3 and 1.8 m), surrounded by a spacious sunbathing terrace, is located in the centre of a dream garden. Numerous sun loungers invite relaxation, while palm trees, flowering bougainvilleas and a well-kept garden perfectly complete the Mediterranean atmosphere. There is a ping-pong table to change the air, and the covered terrace with dining table is perfect for enjoying cosy summer evenings with family and friends, including a brick barbecue area to enjoy culinary moments outdoors.
The interior of the property is modern and cosy. The spacious living-dining room on the ground floor offers comfortable seating, plenty of light and direct access to the terrace. The adjacent kitchen, fully equipped (with dishwasher), leaves nothing to be desired. On this level there is also a bedroom with air conditioning, a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
On the upper floor, there are three other bedrooms with air conditioning, one of them with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and access to a wonderful terrace with panoramic views. Another bedroom with a 1.60 x 2.00 m bed and a third with another 1.80 x 2.00 m bed offer a comfortable space for a night of restorative sleep. Another full bathroom completes the upper floor.
This property is ideal for anyone seeking the tranquillity of nature, but who does not want to miss the proximity to restaurants, cafés and the historic atmosphere of Alcúdia.

In the Balearic Islands, a tourist tax called Ecotasa is paid for each guest over 16 years old.
Per day and person,
from 1 November to 30 April 0.55 euros and
from 1 May to 31 October: 2.20 euros.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or in cash. Payment is mandatory.

We had an amazing few days at this property managed by Home Villas 360. From the very beginning, their service was excellent – always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.
The place is spacious, cosy, and fully equipped – ideal for not having to leave the house. We enjoyed some of the best family barbecues, and the beautiful weather combined with the pool created the perfect setting to relax and unwind. Without a doubt, it's the ideal spot to spend quality time, rest, and create unforgettable memories. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The accommodation was beautiful, very spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It had everything necessary for cooking, relaxing, and simply enjoying time at home without having to go out. We felt comfortable from the very beginning. The team at Home Villas 360 were also incredibly helpful and supported us with anything we needed. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay with them again!

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this beautiful estate. The location is ideal – just a few minutes’ walk from the old town of Alcúdia, yet in a very peaceful area. The garden is stunning, with a large saltwater pool, plenty of sun loungers, a barbecue area and a covered terrace perfect for enjoying the outdoors.
The interior is modern, spotless and very comfortable, with air conditioning in all the bedrooms. Everything is well equipped, and you can really tell that care has been taken with every detail – from the welcome basket to the attentive host, who was always available for any queries.
Perfect for familiesgroups looking to relax and soak up the Mediterranean atmosphere. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back!
