Decent location, right next to Penny Lane - Tesco Express 2 min away, plenty of options for takeaway food. Fairly quiet residential road with on street parking.House was clean but basic and lacking in a few areas. Kitchen could do with a few more glasses, utensils etc. Veey thin mattresses
