The villa Nice House Rent offers an independent outbuilding and a studio on the first floor of the villa. Ideally located, and recently renovated with air conditioning and terrace with tables and chairs

You will have internet by wifi

Each apartment has its own bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and a kitchenette with coffee machine, kettle, fridge, electric hob and microwave oven.
The coffee table can be raised for more comfort for meals

You will have a set of towels for the bathroom and a set of beach towels.

A welcome kit will be provided upon arrival: toilet paper, saline, coffee, tea, sugar

The outbuilding has a reserved parking outside at 300m
