Thoughtful host with everything you need

Gorgeous flat in a quiet location. The host clearly really enjoys hosting as there were so many thoughtful details that helped make our stay even better. We particularly liked the balcony as it was peaceful and a great place to sit and relax. About a 15 minute walk to the nearest train station which takes you into the centre of Nice. However, the trains were very busy so we ended up taking Ubers a lot!

We liked that there was parking but the space was in a different building’s car park - it meant unloading the car was a bit of an event. I think we just got unlucky though that there was no space to pull over to unload outside the building when we arrived.

Loved our stay. Spotless apartment and very quiet too

The apartment was spotlessly clean and Hela was an amazing host. Nothing was a problem for her and the communication was fantastic. Wouldn’t hesitate in giving the property 5 stars at all.

Only minor thing is it is a hilly walk to the sea front. Wasn’t an issue at all for us, however, if you have any mobility issues it could be a challenge. There are plenty buses and taxis so there is that as an option.

Una casa deliziosa e un host impeccabile

Mi è piaciuto tutto! Hela è stata gentilissima, sempre pronta ad aiutarmi! La casa è deliziosa, confortevole, pulitissima, attrezzata di tutto il necessario e anche di più! Il letto è comodo, gli asciugamani morbidi, ho amato trascorrere del tempo sul terrazzo la sera . La casa è molto silenziosa e Hela lascia a disposizione degli ospiti di tutto, dalle bottiglie d acqua ai biscottini, dal caffe e le tisane a tanti prodotti per la doccia! Il parcheggio è proprio di fronte al palazzo e super comodo! Negozi e supermercati vicini. Spero di tornare presto!

Top ausgestattete Küche inkl Wasch- und Spülmaschine. Schöner großer Balkon. Neues Badezimmer. Privater Parkplatz ca 300 Meter entfernt

Haben leider zu spät festgestellt, dass es Rollläden gab, hätte uns paar heiße Nächte erspart. Wohnung ist doch kleiner, als sie auf den Bildern rüber kommt.

Séjour au calme et au soleil!

Héla est très chaleureuse et ses indications parfaites pour se rendre à l’appartement. Il n’est pas en bord de mer mais il est rapide de s’y rendre, la résidence est calme et les commodités sont proches.

Appartement très propre, silencieux et bien équipé.

L'appartement était propre et très bien équipé. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. C'est assez exceptionnel de disposer des équipements et des produits de première nécessité pour cuisiner (huile, condiments...). La localisation géographique proche de la gare facilite les déplacements et l'accès à Nice.

Le dispositif de tri sélectif mis en place est un peu complexe, même si l'hôte nous a très bien expliqué comment faire et que cela ne nous a pas empêché de trier nos déchets.
