About this house rental
This home is close to the beach where you can explore its great dining, bars, nightlife and shopping. Just 4 blocks south of Atlantic Avenue, Johnnie Brown’s, Lionfish, Pineapple Grove, Starbucks, Tommy Bahama, Quiet Storm and the Delray Tennis Center. 2 blocks west of Federal Highway and the Intercoastal Waterway. About a 15-20 minute walk to the beach or 5 minute Bike ride.
Golf Cart service is available on-site for rent.
Beach cruisers are FREE depending on availability. (first come first serve basis)
Our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex home is newly renovated with all new appliances and stylish furniture which is perfect for travelers, friends, families, and even business professionals!
Both units offer a spacious and cozy living area which is perfect to relax while watching on the 50" TV and 43" TV. Both also include their own open-concept kitchen that is well-equipped for preparing and cooking homemade meals.
Unit A has a master bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a twin trundle pull-out bed.
The other unit has a bedroom that features a queen-sized bed and there is also a queen sofa bed in the living area for extra sleeping space. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, and a stand-up shower.
All beds are equipped with new luxury bedding and linen for a relaxing sleep.
Both units have their own ensuite washer and dryer and high-speed WiFi and there are also 2 driveways and 4 parking spaces on the house parking pad adjacent to the backyard, all are provided during your stay!!
To make your stay even more comfortable we have included a complimentary coffee set up with creamer and sugar in the kitchen for your first day. Enjoy!

*Bikes subject to availability, first come first serve.
*Golf cart available for rent. Daily and weekly rates apply. Please inquire about availability during your stay.
*Additional parking (beyond the free spot) is available in a secure paid parking garage that is within a 2-minute walk of the building at Old School Parking Garage, 180 NE 1st St. The parking range costs 10-20 dollars a day.
*A limited supply of complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion will be provided upon arrival. Kindly note that these items are offered as a one-time supply and will not be replenished during your stay.
* All items in the house are provided for your enjoyment during your stay. We kindly ask that you leave them in the house for future guests to enjoy as well. Please note that we do take inventory and penalties will apply for any damaged or missing items. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
