The pool needed to be vacuumed and filter was not running efficiently. I told the host. Outside of house needed to be pressure washed. Inside house was very clean and kitchen had all necessary equipment. Tiki hut was great to sit under when it was so hot. Washing machine did not spin the water out of the clothes. Had to hand ring them. Bedrooms/bathrooms perfect. Our family had a good time and would definitely use Vrbo again.

What a great house and the location is superb! We are in town for several months on a long project and the willingness of the ownership to be so gracious was amazing! We will be back when they have availability!

The property location was convenient and worked well for our stay. The house could use some updates and remodeling, especially the appliances. The backyard furniture was also a bit old and dirty. With a few improvements, the property would be even better.
