About this house rental
Amazing location! Few blocks from beach on peaceful waterfront Davis Canal. Launch your kayak off the private dock and explore the tranquility of the marsh.
Cast a net for live bate or simply fish off of the dock. Conveniently located in the central part of Oak Island situated on the water side. Shops, restaurants, golf and other fun activities are just a short distance away. We’d love to have you stay.
The space
Time and Tide is a beautiful spacious home, perfect for your next beach trip. Open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. This home is only five years old but looks brand new. It’s freshly painted every year. Our cleaners rock, you’ll find it very clean.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, a Keurig duo single serve & carafe coffee maker, coffee grinder, french press, blender, crockpot, griddle, outside grill.
Because we’re so close to the ocean, you can listen to the beach while dining out on the screen porch or eating out on the dock.
There are 2 beach wagons available for you to use. We’re only a few short blocks to the beach. Perfect location!
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire house. We do ask potential guests to have at least three to five previous positive reviews before we accept your request.

We really enjoyed all the amenities the home had to offer. It was very comfortable and clean. The location, in relation to pier and all Oak Island has to offer, was absolutely perfect. It really is a wonderful place.
For our group specifically, there were way too many stairs without having an elevator. There’s a reason the stair pictures aren’t in the listing. If you have older folks, young children, or people with some mobility problems, this is not the place for you. Being on the inlet, while pretty, doesn’t serve a purpose except a water view. UNLESS you have kayaks, the “water” is not a valuable asset to this property.
The host was wonderful and very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.
