About this house rental
In our third rental season, this privately managed rental is in the heart of Oak Island! This family friendly home has everything you need for a relaxing trip to the beach! Quiet street with an amazing outdoor space! Enjoy a tranquil evening on the deck while watching the sunset over the canal! We want you to feel at home when you arrive at BEACH PLEASE so we've added lots of amenities that we love in a rental house!
Beach Please loves the Oak Island community! A donation from each booking will be made to the Oak Island Sea Protection Program.

GENERAL: Entrance to the house is via keyless entry-eliminating the need to keep up with keys! WIFI, flat screen TVs with streaming services, Central Air
House has a brand new, full-sized washer and dryer. Laundry soap is available for use.
The game closet with all sorts of fun for kids and adults! Games, puzzles, books, and more! Also available: a pack and play and a high chair for the little beach lovers!
BEDROOMS: There are 4 bedrooms for plenty of space!
#1: 1 King bed with ensuite bathroom. (This room also has a sleeper sofa) Flat screen smart TV
#2: 1 Queen bed. Flat screen TV with Roku
#3: 1 Queen bed. Flat screen smart TV
#4: 1 Queen bed/1 xl twin (bunk beds) Flat screen TV with Roku
No need to pack it! All linens are included with your rental, which include: flat and fitted bed sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, hand towels and even a few beach towels. Plenty of extra blankets available as well.
KITCHEN: fully stocked with Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee makers also available. Plenty of dishes and flatware. 2 countertop ovens, which also serve as a toaster oven (will fit a frozen pizza and plenty of chicken nuggets for the kids!) 2 refrigerators, blender, toasters and slow cooker.
House comes fully stocked with all essentials to make your stay easy-plenty of paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper. The kitchen is also stocked with dish soap and dishwasher tablets.
DOWNSTAIRS: A private outdoor shower to wash off the sand after enjoying the beach. Downstairs closet has lots of amenities for the perfect beach day! Several chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and a wagon to transport it all! You'll also find a few coolers down there, should you need additional space for your day at the beach! We also have a Neso Grande beach tent that guests are welcome to use!
There are several outdoor games also included for the perfect afternoon out of the sun! The downstairs has plenty of space to hang out both in the shade and the sun! Lots of room for parking as well, you can fit 3-5 cars in the grassy driveway/under the house.
LOCATION:
Beach access is a 3.5 minute walk! The house is on a quiet, side street-none of the Beach Drive traffic!
This house is right in the heart of Oak Island. Middleton Park is just a short walk away! Enjoy the farmers market on Mondays, playground and splash pad! There's also some fun food trucks there during the summer.
Easy walking access to the Davis canal offers another great way to enjoy the nature of the island! There's a great location there to fish, or just enjoy the beautiful views from the bench swing.
This home has an ideal location that’s close to everything! Just minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, beach shops, and the perfect fishing spot right in the canal! We hope you spend your relaxing vacation at BEACH PLEASE!

Our house is pet friendly for an additional cleaning fee of $150 per stay. We require pets to be up to date on flea and tick medicine. Please plan to pick up and dispose of all animal waste in the yard for the benefit of following renters.
There is no vaping or smoking inside of the house. There will be an additional $500 deep clean fee charged to you for anyone smoking/vaping inside the home. If you choose to smoke outdoors, please pick up ALL butts and dispose of them before checking out.
Please note: the property requires stairs and may be difficult for guest with limited mobility. House also has exterior cameras used for security purposes when the house is empty. The cameras are always turned off upon guest arrival.
*We are in close contact with our cleaning crew and if the house is cleaned and ready early, we'll let you know via the app's message capabilities.

Lovely family weekend at Beach Please. Owners have thought of everything!Owner was very responsive to my inquiries before our trip. Plenty of interior space, dining space and outdoor seating. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and EASY walk to the beach. We loved the convenience of the beach wagon to haul our load too.

We had a wonderful stay! We had less than ideal weather, so all of the games, books and toys provided were so nice to have since we spent more time inside than we’d planned. When we did walk to the beach it was so convenient and close to public access. If the weather had been better we would have loved using all of the beach gear provided.
Everything was organized very well. The binder left had very clear instructions and directions making anything we needed easy to find.
The communication with our host leading up to our stay was excellent. The questions we had were answered quikly and she messaged about our stay well ahead so we had everything we needed before we arrived.
We would be thrilled to stay here again.

This property was perfect for our family getaway, while attending the our grandson’s baseball tournament. The house was very clean and located within a short walking distance to the beach. We will definitely be returning in the future!

The house was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. They had everything you need for a beach vacation! All you need is clothes and personal items and the vacation starts. Host is a great communicator and thought of everything! We will definitely stay here again!
