Apt Not is a very well equipped family beach cottage. Very clean and comfortable. The owners have labeled the switches and controls for everything that would not be apparent. Very good electronics. We enjoyed music on the Sonus sound system in the great room.
The property management company was very responsive getting a plumbing problem fixed on a Sunday. Easy check in and out. Great instructions to follow.

2nd year in a row staying at “apt not” it’s perfect for us. The right size the right distance from the beach and everything in town. The property is well maintained… the new floors really dressed up the looks. We will be back!!
