Welcome to Kapteins Cottage Inge.
Enjoy a relaxing vacation at Haus Inge, a single-story vacation home that sleeps up to 4 people. The house features a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. A gas fireplace in the living room provides cozy warmth. The built-in kitchen is equipped with a stove/ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.
For a small fee, you can use the washing machine and dryer in the utility room. Enjoy free Wi-Fi and on-site parking. Please note that Haus Inge is a non-smoking and pet-free vacation home. The linens package includes a made-up bed as well as a bath towel and hand towel per person.
P.S.: Kapteins Cottage – In 1897, Jürgen Jürs, a descendant of a well-known family of captains from Elmshorn, earned his skipper’s license. Starting in 1920, his barge “Emanuel” was moored in Süderhafen. He and his brother Peter were the last captains to sail the Wadden Sea without motor power in their barges. His son, Jürgen Jürs Jr., built the first vacation homes on Nordstrand with his wife, Inge, in 1969. These homes have enjoyed uninterrupted popularity among young and old alike—singles, couples, and families. Since 2009, Ocke and Heinke Jürs have been caring for their guests’ well-being with great dedication and love.

Experience style and comfort at the elegant Kapteins Cottage in the heart of Nordstrand. The vacation home features fresh, Scandinavian-inspired and cozy furnishings, including a fireplace, radiant heating, and a fully equipped kitchen. A garden and sun terrace, complete with furniture for summer evenings, round out the idyllic atmosphere.
The cozy, light-filled living/dining room offers a beautiful view through floor-to-ceiling windows.
The bedroom features a double bed (180x200 cm), and another bedroom with a pull-out double bed (160x200 cm) ensures a comfortable night’s sleep for up to 4 people. A beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower, hair dryer, wall-mounted toilet, and heated towel rack provides a modern vacation experience. A private parking space marked with the house’s name and a washer/dryer in the shared utility room are also available. Bicycles can be stored in a secure area. An initial set of bed linens and towels can be booked as an optional extra for €20 per person.
Check-in is from 4:00 to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
