About this house rental
A real place to stay and rest, this 2-room gîte/house + pantry for 2 to 4 people, recently refurbished, is located in Normandy Switzerland in a quiet & pleasant environment (orchards, horse pastures, etc.), offering good light, including:
- on the ground floor: Living room/dining room (with TV & BZ convertible into 2 beds) and fully equipped fitted kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, hood, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, etc.).
- upstairs: Bedroom with double bed & TV, shower room & WC (with hairdryer, auxiliary heating), work area.
- Outbuilding: Cellar with Washing Machine + Dryer, Vacuum Cleaner, Ironing Board & Iron, Barbecue and various storage spaces.
Available in common: Large parking lot, Carport & Relaxation area (orchard).
- Numerous leisure activities (nearby): Hiking circuits (including GR du Pays de la Suisse Normande), cyclists (including La Vélofrancette) & equestrian, Fishing in rivers, Vélo-rail at 750 m, 10/15 MN from the heart of the Suisse Normande offering many activities (nautical, fishing, climbing, paragliding/hang gliding, tree climbing, archery, etc.). 1 hour from the Normandy Coast & the landing beaches, 40 minutes from the Souleuvre Viaduct, 30 minutes from Falaise Castle…
- Amenities nearby: Bakery, Butchery-Caterer 1.5 km away, all shops & services 3 km away.
- Internet access via wifi.
- Rent from €280/week depending on the period including charges (water, electricity) & tourist taxes. Rental for a minimum of 5 nights. Possibility of discount for long term.
- Cleaning in addition to the rental of €30 (obligatory).
- Small animal (or even medium size depending on type) accepted for an additional charge of €30/stay.
