The flat is part of the popular Erika and Windrose holiday complex in a quiet corner near the centre of Butjadingen-Burhave. The flat has an allocated parking space directly in front of the entrance. The holiday complex itself offers numerous leisure activities. In addition to bicycle parking spaces, seating and sunbathing facilities and a barbecue, there is a sauna (for a fee) and a swimming pool, which can be used free of charge, as well as restaurants, bakeries, a savings bank, a credit union and two supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. The beach can be reached in approx. 20-25 minutes on foot or in 5 minutes by car. Of course, the charming dyke landscape in Burhave is also ideal for cycling tours.
The holiday flat, freshly renovated in 2022, is located right in the heart of Butjadingen-Burhave. The brightly lit flat has been tastefully furnished with high-quality furniture. As soon as you enter the flat, you will see two translucent frosted glass doors that flood the entire flat with light. The ultra-modern bathroom with washbasin, WC, relaxing shower and heated towel rail is also located on the ground floor. Behind this is the cosy living area with a spacious and well-equipped kitchenette. The living area invites you to linger on beautiful summer days. From there you can also access the balcony, from which you can enjoy a fantastic view over the garden, the fields on the edge of Burhave and the church tower, which is picturesquely illuminated in the evening. Of course, comfortable balcony furniture is also available. Upstairs is the separate sleeping area, furnished with two large beds. There is also a second television.
