Cozy furnished 3-bedroom pet-friendly rambler conveniently located in a peaceful community in Bellevue. Walkable to groceries, restaurants, and trails. 10 minutes to DT Bellevue, 7 minutes to DT Redmond, and 15 minutes to DT Kirkland. Tour to this property can be arranged in person or virtually upon request. Please note this property is also listed on other platforms for monthly rental and it has been popular in this area. That's the reason you may see the reviews here are not quite current. But the property has been maintained by the same team since 2023 to the same standard.

3 bedrooms, 1 dedicated office, 2 dinner areas, 2 fireplaces, and activity spaces. Hardwood floor, upgrades kitchen, double dining area, double indoor fireplaces, private backyard, mature landscaping, and dedicated work place w/high speed internet. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.
2 Split Air conditions (24000BTU and 12000BTU) installed to keep you cool during summer. 2nd bedroom has another windows AC (12000 BTU).
Registered guests only. Maximum host guests up to 8. Please indicate the correct number of people who are going to stay. Exterior security cameras are in place.
NO SMOKING in the house, including in the garage.
Pictures in the listing are up to date. The furniture in the listing pictures is included in the rental. For rental over 30 days, We will provide initial/set up supplies. Guest can stock up anything they used up during their stay. Please use utilities at reasonable level, owner will cover up to $300 (water, sewer, electricity and gas) per month. Cleaning during stay period can be arranged at guests costs.
Garbage service date will be Thursday. Please make sure to take the bins out on the street on Wednesday night.
Maximum 2 well trained pets will be allowed during your stay. Pre-approval will be needed.
