- The apartment is located in the Marina condominium complex; guests are asked to be considerate of neighbors, especially after 11:00 PM.
- Wi-Fi is available, but illegal downloading is not permitted (users agree to comply with French law).
- The person making the reservation using their profile does so on their own behalf and not on behalf of a third party; they must be of legal age.
- The person making the reservation must be part of the trip, unless, of course, they have clearly informed us at the time of booking of the identity of the primary traveler and the ages of the travelers.
- Only the individuals listed in the reservation are authorized to enter the apartment. An exception to allow 2 or 3 guests for a short time during the day may be granted after notifying us via message or phone.
