The place was worth the affordable price but could definitely be improved with more organisation.
The bathrooms didn't have any hand towels or anywhere to put a hand towel. They also didn't have anywhere to hang your towel or clothes when showering.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

It truly was a horrible experience in every sense. The only positive aspect was that the people living there were very pleasant. Other than that, the cleanliness of the place (which was the responsibility of the landlords) was terrible. I paid over a thousand pounds for almost a month’s stay, and I couldn’t stand the neglect in which the house was kept. One of the occupants had an accident and stained the kitchen, floors, living room, and bathrooms with blood. What the managers did was send someone to clean, but the cleaning was not done properly. During the following weeks that I stayed, the kitchen still had blood stains, and the bathrooms, used by six people living there, were in very unpleasant conditions.
To get the trash taken out, we had to write to the managers to send someone because the patio was full of garbage. I had paid for a month, but I left after two weeks—I didn’t care about losing the rest of the money because the physical conditions of the place were so bad. The room I paid over £1,000 for was extremely small. On the first day, I found false eyelashes on the floor of the room, as if it hadn’t been cleaned beforehand (disgusting). I requested a refund for at least one week, especially after having told them about my concerns, but they refused, using the excuse that since no one else but me complained, they couldn’t do anything. The kitchen window broke and they sent someone to repair it, but what they basically did was seal the window shut. Whenever someone cooked, the whole house would smell for hours. I would never rent from these people again.
Now, after living in Manchester for almost two months, I can tell you that with time, you can find something much better for a much lower price and closer to the city centre, because the cost of over £1,000 is basically the rent for a furnished apartment in the centre.

Beutiful place, nice stay
I did not meet the host physically but communication was top notch, access codes were sent to me a day before arrival and video link on how to enter the codes, this was so helpful. The team kept communicating with us throughout. The place is easy to find just a long the road.

Muy buena comunicación con el anfitrión, instrucciones para el check in completas y muy claras. Camas còmodas y tv con Netflix en la habitación. Està en las afueras pero muy bien comunicado con el centro, parada de autobús a escasos metros de la puerta, llegas al centro en menos de 10 min por 2 £ . Para dormir, darse una ducha y pasar todo el día fuera de visitas y actividades y ya.
Falta de limpieza, tanto en la habitación, baño como en las zonas comunes (cocina). Lo trasladamos y nos respondieron enseguida e incluso ofrecieron posibilidad de mandar a alguien para repasar la habitación (lo cual declinamos y pasamos una escoba nosotros en el baño, ya que aunque mandasen a alguien el resultado iba a ser el mismo, porque como se ve en las fotos no se trata de un descuido o una zona que no se repasará bien… se ve que es falta de limpieza de mucho tiempo.) Si nos dijeron que mandarían a alguien para repasar la cocina pero el último día seguía igual. Repito, trato y comunicación con el anfitrión de 10, comunicación con el centro de 8 pero lamentablemente el problema con la limpieza no me permite dar una mejor valoración. Ojalà lo resuelvan y esta sería una buena opción de alojamiento a un precio correcto.

Es muy pintoresco y estaba cómodo , cerca del centro y bien comunicados con autobuses, cálida
Mis vecinos tenían la nevera para ellos solos y no teníamos ni un hueco para nuestras cosas y siempre usaban el horno a mi hora de cenar, así que no usamos nada la cocina. Hacían mucho ruido y hablaban muy alto.
La habitación era cómoda pero había polvo bajo las camas y pelos y soy muy alérgico . En los cajones había uñas de otro huésped

La maison est assez proche du centre (10-15 min en voiture). Elle est bien équipée et plutôt propre.

Sur le tableau de choix des chambres de Booking la salle de bain n'était pas notée comme partagée. Du coup mauvaise surprise à l' arrivée car la réservation était avec salle de bain partagée. Le lit ne fait que 1m20 donc manque de place. La chambre est indiquée comme faisant 15m2. Elle n'en fait que la moitié. Il n y a pas de porte manteau ni patère pour crocher nos vêtements. Il y avait des moutons de poussières par terre et les plinthes n'étaient pas aspirée depuis un petit moment. Nous nous sommes bien enregistrés comme couple mais n'avions qu'une serviette de toilette ( réajusté le lendemain donc une serviette pour 2 le premier soir).
La télé ne fonctionnait pas
Manque d isolation phonique.
