Las Alondras

We stayed for almost a month at Las Alondras and I can't complain. We met Paco at arrival in Gandia and he was very friendly, explained everything that we could do, showed the house, etc. The location is amazing. We didn't have a car, so staying near the beach was good, but also the bus stop is literally at the front of the building, so we could reach the city very easily. On the back street, there were a lot of restaurants cafes, and a place to walk the dog. It was very easy to communicate with Paco and every concern we had, he could be reached right away and made our stay even better. It was a very good place to stay with the dog, and Gandia is very dog friendly in general. The apartment had a little table, where I could work, and the internet was pretty fast.

We had a problem with the key, but it was very quickly resolved.

La ubicación, cercana a la playa y a restaurantes y las instalaciones del edificio. La piscina muy cómoda.

El apartamento estaba bastante descuidado y la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. Encontramos restos de comida y suciedad en varias zonas del piso, así como pelos en la ducha. El baño estaba en mal estado, con el agua saliéndose tanto del inodoro como del lavabo. Además, las toallas no transmitían una sensación adecuada de limpieza y las paredes presentaban manchas y suciedad visibles. En general, creemos que el alojamiento necesita un mejor mantenimiento y una limpieza más exhaustiva para ofrecer una experiencia acorde a lo esperado.
