Super apartment

Great location close to the port, restaurants and town centre, yet in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Apartment is very spacious, bright and well decorated, wonderful terraces a great plus. Aircon perfect for warm nights. Very attentive service from Sandrine. We loved it.

Appartement très bien situé et sécurisé. Nous avons passé le nouvel an avec nos amis et tout c'est bien passé. Cet appartement comporte 2 terrasses qui doivent être très agréables au début du printemps.

- Großes Penthouse mit vielen nützlichen Dingen, viel Design in der Einrichtung - Zwei Balkone

- Kontakt mit Verwaltung ungenügend - Baukran ca. 150m vor dem Appartement, verstellte Sicht zur Bucht (der Kran sei seit Monaten vor Ort) - Werktags Baulärm/ständiger Hintergrundlärm von dort - Störender Lärm morgens von einer Terrassensanierung im Haus (Betonsäge, Hammer) - Lärm eines Laubbläsers morgens am Grundstück - Bedienung des Backofens so kompliziert, dass er nicht in Gang gesetzt werden konnte - Obere Ummantelung des Mikrowellenherds im angeschalteten Zustand mit Strom bei Hautkontakt (Gefahr von z.B. Herzrhythmusstörungen bei vulnerablen Personen) - Sofa im Vergleich zum Fernseher tief gelegen, insgesamt unbequem - Preis-Leistungsverhältnis angesichts der Mängel ungenügend

Un très joli appartement idéalement situé pour sillonner le Var.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce magnifique appartement qui était idéalement situé pour sillonner le Var. Il est spacieux, calme, lumineux et décoré avec goût. Le fait qu'il soit complètement climatisé était un plus, de même que l'emplacement parking. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les 2 balcons. La personne qui nous a remis les clefs était charmante.

Vu la chaleur, nous aurions préféré des douches plutôt que des baignoires, mais c'est un détail ;-)

Uitstekend appartement

Appartement is heel gezellig, smaakvol en met veel oog voor detail ingericht. Goede bank en stoelen. De bedden zijn heerlijk. De keuken is goed uitgerust (met uitzondering van een grote ovenschaal). Hele grote en praktische wasruimte met droogrek en inklaptafel. De ligging is prima, met een grote supermarkt op loopafstand. Voor een verse bakker moet je iets verder het dorp in. Uitstekende uitvalsplaats voor prachtige wandelingen, we komen hier al jaren dus het achterland was bij ons bekend. Zeker een van de betere, zo niet het beste, appartement dat wij al die jaren hebben gehuurd. De hieronder genoemde punten die tegenvielen doen daar niets aan af.

Balkon is aan de kleine kant, zeker met grotere gezinnen. In het gebouw is geen lift, dus je moet vrij veel trappen lopen om naar boven te komen. Voor ons geen probleem, maar zou voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn een issue kunnen zijn. De douches zitten in het bad en zijn dus geen inloopdouches. De oven is tamelijk complex in de bediening, zeker om die weer uit te krijgen. Zeker geen voorbeeld van gebruiksvriendelijkheid.
