The 110 m² apartment is on the first floor, accessed by a staircase leading to the hallway. A large living and dining room with 2 sofas (1 of which converts into a bed for 2), 2 armchairs, a base table, a large flat-screen TV connected to a piece of furniture, a large sideboard and a stylish secretary. the dining room: a round table with possible extension and 4 chairs.
