The villa consists of 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, and in double bed, living room: living room, dining room and open kitchen opening onto the outside. Very trendy decoration. Terrace with shaded dining area pool view, facing south-east, 6x3.5 swimming pool equipped with an alarm. Tranquility assured in the city center, in the oldest street of Cavalaire, a haven of peace 2 steps from the shops, 200m from the beaches, no need for a car.
Mandatory cleaning fee of 160€.
Parking space in front of the house.
Miscellaneous equipment in the house
Internet, washing machine, high chair and cot, flat screen TV, iron and ironing board, sun loungers, deckchairs, etc.
Terrace with shaded dining area overlooking the swimming pool, south-east facing, 6x3.5 swimming pool heated from October to mid-November and April to the end of June (supplement of 80€ per week), equipped with an alarm.
Linen (sheets, pillowcases, body and face/person bath towels) FREE.
Quality services, trendy and neat decoration.
Rental from Saturday to Saturday in high season, otherwise when you want the rest of the calendar
Small pet allowed with an extra charge of 90€/pet
PLEASE NOTE that the swimming pool is not allowed for animals, the garden must also be cleaned of all excrement every day

geschmackvoll eingerichtetes kleines Haus zum Wohlfühlen. Von der Unterkunft ist fußläufig alles schnell erreichbar. Gute und schnelle Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Reibungslose Schlüsselübergabe bei check-in und check-out. Vielen Dank - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Une semaine pour découvrir la côte varoise. Location en plein centre de Cavalaire-sur-Mer bien équipée et disposant d’une piscine chauffée (en supplément ; faire la demande à la réservation). Pas de wifi mais bonne réception 4G.
