A localização é excelente. Cama grande e bom colchão.
Foi disponibilizada apenas uma chave/cartão para o apartamento e isso causou transtorno em nossa estadia porque tínhamos que usar o cartão no elevador e para acionar a energia elétrica no apartamento. Deixávamos a chave na recepção, mas quando um chegava e entrava no apartamento, o outro não tinha acesso ao elevador sem ter que esperar um funcionário liberar a entrada. Para sair do apartamento, tinha que descer pela escada para não desligar a luz. O Wi-Fi do apartamento não estava funcionando.

Chuveiro ótimo, banheiro grande, cozinha equipada com air fryer, panelas, pratos, talheres, cafeteira nespresso porém sem cápsulas.
Não deixaram sabonete para banho. Somente dois envelopinhos de shampoo

Localização e infraestrutura do prédio.
Itens de uso essencial nao estavam funcionando (cafeteira e secador de cabelos). Toalhas de banho muito velhas, porta do banheiro emperrando, tomadas quebradas, sofá cama da sala muito desconfortável.
