8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Good location in short distance to Paulista and various shop. The apartment is small but sufficient place and clean, with balcony. This is a very professional company letting various rooms in Sao Paulo area, always friendly and super fast response in case of questions. Access is doing via face recognition and passcode and generally working reliable.
Getting a fresh set of towels ist only possible with a complete room cleaning for 197BRL. There are no simple room cleaning tools in the unit. No extra, rubbish bag for the bin. Kitchen equipment is bare minimum. These are small problems that can be easily taken care of. When extending the unit, only upload the images for face recognition on the day of booking change to avoid access problems as the system can get confused.
