Hanami La Fragata Garden

Very clean, beds very comfortable! Ideal setting a few steps away from the pool. Grounds and pool kept beautifully clean and tidy. Easy to get the keys from the office which is just around the corner. We managed to lock our selves out of the apartment one morning, a friendly chap from the Hanami group came to our rescue and gained us access again saving our planned day out- Thank you!

We did come across 2 cockroaches but this is to be expected in a ground floor apartment in Spain. The mid stay clean seemed to be just the sheets changed, would have been nice to have the floors cleaned too but was happy to do this myself as all the equipment you could want to clean is available to you.

We loved the location.... so close to the port/restaurants. The apartment was perfect for making the most of the swimming pool which was right next to it outside the gate. The view was lovely from the terrace which was undercover/in the shade if you wanted to stay out the sun. The beds were extremely comfortable. The whole apartment was so homely with all the lovely accessories/soft furnishings. Single room air con was great. Loads of cupboard space to put your stuff and loads of hangers which was fab as normally you never get enough! There was full English speaking channels on the TV. Kitchen had loads of crockery, glasses, pots etc All the local residents who lived there made us feel welcome and my daughter made friends with a lovely Spanish girl who lived there. The owner even appeared to introduce himself and make sure we were getting on okay. Silvia (Hanami Group) who managed the rental was FABULOUS! She replied to all our questions and anything we wanted was no problem. Her office was just round the corner which was reassuring too incase of an emergency. We also didn't realise a mid-stay clean was included in the price so that was a very nice surprise!

Nothing really!!! The only comment I would mention is that we weren't quite sure how to work the combi oven/microwave (the oven part) so it would have been good to maybe have some basic instructions.
