Beautiful and spacious corner apartment which is set within the family-friendly urbanisation of Puerto Alto near the port of Estepona. The property is available year-round for short-term rentals and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy coastal living in southern Spain. Excellent for friends or family holiday, combining beach with relaxation.
The flat is comprised of a bright, well-sized open living/dining area furnished with excellent taste opening onto a very large south facing terrace. There is a contemporary fully equipped kitchen with oven, washing machine and microwave, 3 ample bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. The community is well maintained and offers 2 outdoor pools (opening hours can vary depending on the season), sunbathing areas and Mediterranean style gardens.Important information: to access the apartment you have to climb some stairs.

A short walk from the necessary amenities; international restaurants with English menus, tapas bars, pharmacies, medical centers, supermarkets, shops and banks. The quaint whitewashed old town with its beautiful Spanish style squares is a short stroll along the boulevard.
The peaceful residential development of Puerto Alto has 2 lovely sandy beaches at its doorstep, Playa de la Rada and Playa del Cristo a quiet bay. Close to the picturesque beachfront promenade which is dotted with fantastic fish restaurants.
Estepona is an appealing coastal resort, and family outdoor activities are plentiful in the area; karting, cycling, golf, horseback riding, water sports and hiking.
