The location is perfect and the place look just as shown in the photos. I also appreciated the good coffee machine available, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
It seems like there were no hand and hair towels available, and the kitchen was no soap in the kitchen.

Good location. Easy checkin process.
The price was OK, but the quality suffers substantially.
The apartment was not clean. There were dirty spots on the floor in the hallway. The bathroom's drain was not functioning properly and there was mould on the bathroom tiles. There were cobwebs on the ceilings.
There were not enough towels provided and they were heavily used and not clean enough. There were no cups for the coffee machine. No soap and no towels in the kitchen.
The common areas were not lit during the night from the second floor up. We had to use flashlights to reach our apartment.
