Struttura ampia,un unico spazio con letto matrimoniale e divano letto,ottima per 3/4 persone.Attrezzata di tutto.Dista 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Teulada con ristoranti e bar.

Parcheggio adeguato per auto di medie/piccole dimensioni,lo spazio di manovra è ristretto.Giulio il vicino molto disponibile e simpatico fa girare di fronte al suo garage,altrimenti sarebbe impossibile uscire.
